    SHIPPING POLICY

    Shipping Policy/Domestic Shipping Policy

    Thank you for visiting and shopping at Digital Deco Designs.

    Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return Policy.

    Shipping Rate

    The "shipping' rate you see at checkout is a flat rate fee for all shipped orders, and includes print, fulfillment and shipping and handling. Printing is done to order and it is a custom print job based on your order. Digital Deco Designs is a digital designs company and offers printing as a service for its' customers that prefer that as an option instead.

    Shipment Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Shipping Rates/Overnight Shipping

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Overnight delivery is not currently available. Please email us at cathy@digitaldecodesigns.com for expedited mailing options.
    • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
    • SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Damages

    Digital Deco Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Orders shipped through USPS Priority will be insured for $50. You will need to request a priority shipment as all orders are automatically fulfilled as First Class Mail. You are responsible to file the claim with USPS, we are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible to shipments sent to forwarding services or companies. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. We are not responsible for weather related damages or delays. Once the package leaves our hands it is out of our control.

    International Shipping Policy

    We do not ship outside of the continental United States. 

    Covid Delays

    Please note that there may be delays due to the covid-19 pandemic, which may result in your shipping times being longer. 

    Weather Delays

    Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays or damages due to inclement weather conditions.
