    Print Option: Prints are a "print for you" on demand service. These are printed and shipped by our 3rd party fulfillment center. There is a flat rated print per order fee added onto your order when you checkout, which is included with your shipping and packaging costs. Print service orders are fulfilled 2x's a week. Please anticipate a small wait time. Of course, downloads are instant!

    Note you can choose to have this design as a print shipped to you OR the digital download option which will be emailed to you to print at home.

    PHYSICAL PRINTS  Custom print option for those who do not prefer digital downloads, therefore your order fulfillment and shipping time may be longer than a traditional order.

    Rice paper prints on a 45 gsm craft rice paper from Thailand.  Cardstock is mid weight 80lb bright white cardstock. All prints choose 8.5 x 11 or 11 x 17. Printed and shipped from the USA.

    DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Will be JPG, PNG or PDF format, you do not get to choose. Print at home or at an office store or print shop near you. Digital file is sent to you via email after checkout with links to download.

    Papers AND Downloads Colors vary on computer screens and from printer to printer. What you see is an approximation and could differ slightly from what you receive or print at home. Watermark will not be on the image you receive or print. Commercial license for physical products only. The sole purpose of these designs is to be used to create a handmade physical product. No cancellations, refunds or returns are allowed on digital downloads

    Abysmal customer service

    I put a slew of digital images in my cart. I have never done this before but was so excited because I loved the imagery. Anyway, I went over the threshold to receive a free rice paper that I didn't like- only it isn't really free as they charge $8.99 shipping on physical product. Every time I'd delete it from my cart, it would INSTANTLY repopulate back into the cart. After 100 + times trying to defeat the cart- I gave up and used the CONTACT US button on the site. It says it could take 48 hours to respond and she takes weekends off, so I understood that. Long story short, I repeatedly used the CONTACT US button over the next week, and never got a response. And yes, I repeatedly checked both my junk and spam filters so they cant use that defense. This was almost a month ago and I have never been contacted. I finally "defeated" the cart by dumping enough from it to get below the freebie threshold, so they lost all that money. And me? I got the images but apparently they aren't as easy to use as they say for a 68 year old so nothing has happened with them. So I saved all that money on all the other images I didn't purchase- so I guess that was a win???

    Im very sorry for your experience. Upon checking I could not find any emails from you, but after some digging I found 3 of them in spam, so I apologioze for not seeing those. Unfortunately as well I have experienced some challeneges this past month with a car accident and the passing of my mother, no excuse, but checking spam was not on my radar and I am sorry for that. I believe some shopify contact emails have been pushed and filtered to spam and I am not sure why but I will check on that.

    The freebie usually has an option to choose as a digital download as well but I have noticed occasionaly if a customer comes from another channel, that the freebie will just enter the cart, but it can usually be changed. Anytime this has happened for someone I can always fix and refund and I send the digital file instead. The $8.99 fee is only for physical prints and is a shipping, packing and print service fee, as printing is a service we offer, not required, since we have the digital downloads and outsource to a 3rd party printing and shipping partner.

    As for your troubles downloading, it is pretty much a one click process. You are sent an email with all the links for each item. You click on it and the file automatically downloads to your computer. Then it is yours. Of course users need to know where to find their files and if they'd like to save them elsewhere etc and every now and then as with any downloads(myself included) you'll get pop ups or blockers or storage or update issues with your own computer that you may need to resolve, but overall there are not ever any issues with the downloads or files I offer. From time to time shopify deletes my files(reason unknown even to them, just 'errors') and I have to manually re-add the files and resend to customers, but it doesnt look like this occurred with any of your files and shouldnt be the issue.

    Again, I am very sorry about the missed communication. If you are able to download and would like to send me some other images that you removed from your cart, I would gladly send them to you.
