Rice paper prints on a 45 gsm craft rice paper from Thailand. Cardstock is mid weight 80lb bright white cardstock. All prints choose 8.5 x 11 or 11 x 17. Printed and shipped from the USA.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Will be JPG, PNG or PDF format. Print at home or at an office store or print shop near you. Digital file is sent to you via email after checkout with links to download.

Shipping has taken forever still do not have my product
Hi Donna,
I truly do apologize for the delay in the UPS and USPS mail system. Your order was placed on May 13th and we did fulfil by the 16th. I agree that the delivery time is behind. The tracking does show that your package is still moving and is in your state. It looks as if there could have been an error for acceptance at a post office, but to find this out or additional information on my end has been nearly impossible as I have tried to contact. Most likely you will receive this package, but I am sending you a code (this is in your email already) to use for the value of your purchase to go ahead and either reorder the items from that purchase or for another purchase. I really do apologize and strive for a better shipping experience, but this is unfortunately out of my hands.
